Yesterday we had to put this sweet doggie to sleep.
She has been a family member for 14 years and will be missed.
It is never an easy decision.
The house feels so empty.

Not sure what link I followed here, but I saw the picture of your dog, and I felt your pain. I'm so sorry for your loss! My cats are 10 years old, and I honestly don't know how I'll survive without them.

I am so sorry. She is beautiful. The loss of a pet is like any other family member, leaves a real hole...My daughter is facing this soon. Her dog is ill...So I understand

Last year we had to send Ozzy on his way, after 14 years. There was sadness. A while later Lokee became a member of the family. I swear everything about him but his looks is a reincarnation of Ozzie.

When it is time to say goodbye to any faithful friend, it is hard, but with dogs, you know no one can love you better! They are so good at it. I'm sorry!
