prayers for puppies
This is Daisy Mae, my parents companion, the subject matter that my dad makes up songs about, the family member that daily is loved by them. She is very sick :(
Daisy has diabetes, bad hips, sensitive skin issues and other problems...recently, she has been having seizures and I know my parents are much more upset about this then they are letting on. Daisy now may have epilepsy. I can't imagine the fear they feel in those moments when she is shaking uncontrollably. So helpless and scared.
I am asking for prayers and positive energies to be sent out for my parents and for Daisy Mae. God loves doggies too, after all, they were created by Him.
Fromma and Daddy...I know your heart is aching about this. I am praying for Daisy too.

Darlene: You know I pray for dogs, cats, and all other animals.
You are right, God created them and he's concerned for their wellbeing.
Some of out saddest days, were have to lose Sam and Hildy...Molly brings us much joy.
Sending out healing thoughts for Daisy Mae and hugs of comfort to your parents.
I pray for animals too, Darlene! I just think they are the best. The last dog I prayed for is so much better, even though she is blind, has lupus! (I didn't know dogs got lupus, too!) But, she is doing much better. You bet I'm praying for Daisy!
Hi I just wanted to say Daisy Mae is beautiful and I will be saying prayers for her!
we have three fur kids...Sunny, a golden retriever, a total sweetie has skin issues due to allergies, Ace, german shepherd/lab mix is just plain crazy, and our cat Chris is the Queen of Mean ;-)
I'm not a pet person, but I know people get very attached to their beloved animal friends, and it is sad when they get sick. I hope their doggie bounces back.
The kids got together when Lisa began babysitting Gerry's dog, Ozzie. (They lived in apartments in the same complex). Over the years I became quite fond of him; he left us recently. One day, while driving the baby home from pre-K, she asked me if Ozzie was in heaven, and I just said yes. She then asked if it was the same heaven as Gerry's late father (died a couple of years ago). I said yes. She then said, "good, they can take care of each other."
We have three cats and the eldest is getting up in years.
I understand how attached we get to animals. It's harder I think when they get sick to cope. I hope Daisy Mae gets better.
I will pray also I know what a terrible time this is.

Oh Daisy Mae!! Sweet puppy! I will take on your prayers. Let me tell you, back in 1999, we sunk over $5K into my cat Elvis. He was our baby. And he was diagnosed with intestinal cancer. I begged so many prayers and I'm sure some people rolled their eyes. But others prayed. Elvis was found to "not have cancer" in the next 6 months. The docs chalked it up to an incorrect diagnosis at the time. I chalk it up to God and my prayer warriors! Daisy Mae will have my prayers. Oh - and Elvis lived a nice long life. He died last July at the ripe old age of 17.
We lost our rottie, Beeno, three years ago. He was 160 lbs. of pure love. He also had diabetes and bad hips. The weekend we put him down he had been having seizures too many a day to count. After the second day, the doctors advised us it was time to let him go. To this day, on the anniversary of his death, I still cry. When you love your pets and cherish them as part of your family, your heart is broken into tiny little pieces when they are no longer with you. I understand and empathize your family's loss of Daisy Mae, but she is now in doggie heaven running around and barking to her delight. I hope she meets Beeno and they become good friends.
