On the Inside Safely Looking Out
almost as friends who have come
to help you grow further
than you thought you could;
friends who are showing you the way
to a more courageous heart;
friends who help you to see that
you are more powerful than
you ever thought you were;
friends who help you to see that
the hard times are making you more open
to accepting life as it comes,
and realizing that you have
the inner strength and loving nature
to deal successfully with any difficult moment.

That is such a beautiful poem. I love it. Funny how a particular theme or issue seems to resonate in us all at about the same time.
I have been pondering friendships, harsh (but honest and loving) words... of late.
Then I read Leonie's latest post and this from you...
And a snippet from cafe press... "love honestly"
Its all coming together for me.
Thanks for this seeds sweets.
Love your way.
